The focus of Student Council is to promote leadership skills, school spirit, create student-centered community service projects and to implement school-wide activities. We are selling commemorative bricks to be placed in our centennial garden permanently. Your brick can honor friends or family and show your support and loyalty to Laurel School. For $50 you can have a 4 in.x 8 in. brick with up to 3 lines engraved with 20 characters in each line. For $100 you can have an 8 in. x 8 in. brick with up to 6 lines and 20 characters each. A big thank you to City Year and Brentwood High School for all of their hard work in making Laurel beautiful! They painted several murals, painted the Kindergarten yard, painted the gate, and built a bench. Wow!

Congratulations Laurel Panthers! Since December, you have collected 1, 260 box tops! Wow!!! That’s $126 we have to put towards buying more technology for our school. Thank you to all the students and families who have been participating. Keep on collecting!
